Shipping
Shipping is included on all orders.
Each print is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped with attention to detail to ensure it arrives safely. Every piece is handled with intention from start to finish.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Because each print is prepared and signed individually, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped worldwide.
Most orders are sent via Canada Post using standard lettermail to keep shipping simple and accessible. This method does not include tracking.
If you prefer faster delivery with tracking, you can select an express shipping upgrade at checkout. In some cases, alternative carriers may be used to ensure the most efficient and reliable delivery.
Delivery Times
Free Shipping (Untracked):
- Canada: 3–10 business days
- United States: 5–12 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Express Shipping (Tracked Upgrade):
- Canada: 1–2 business days
- United States: 2–4 business days
- International: 4–8 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors outside of my control, such as customs or postal delays.
Packaging
Prints are packaged with care using protective materials to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within:

please reach out and I’ll gladly help.
Due to the nature of untracked shipping, I’m unable to locate packages once they’ve been sent. However, if your order appears to be lost, I will always work with you to find a solution, including a replacement if needed.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. A replacement will be arranged.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I’m unable to reroute orders once they’ve been shipped.
