What types of products do you sell?

The shop features original artwork, art prints, small works, and other creative pieces and products inspired by my artwork. Each product listing includes details specific to that item.

Are the prints signed?

Yes. Prints are individually signed by me.

Are the prints framed?

Prints are sold unframed unless otherwise stated in the product listing. This allows you to choose a frame that works with your space and personal style.

What frame should I choose?

Simple wood, white, or black frames work beautifully with the artwork. A mat can also give the piece a more spacious, gallery-style presentation. Check the dimensions listed on each product page when choosing a frame.

Are the original artworks available?

Yes. A selection of original artworks may be available for purchase. Because originals are one-of-a-kind, availability changes over time. If you’re interested in an original that isn’t currently listed, feel free to get in touch.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates and available options are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order. The available services and their prices will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Where do you ship?

I ship worldwide, wherever shipping services are available.

Which carrier do you use?

Most orders are shipped through Canada Post. Depending on the destination, package, and available rates, another carrier may be used.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping service selected at checkout and your location.

Will I receive tracking?

Tracking is provided when it is included with the shipping service selected for your order.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please review the Return Policy for eligibility and exclusions.

Are original artworks returnable?

Original artworks are final sale unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law. Because each original is one of a kind, returns are not generally accepted.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact me within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item you received. I’ll make sure the issue is resolved.

Gifting

Do your products make good gifts?

Absolutely. Artwork can be a meaningful gift for birthdays, housewarmings, celebrations, or simply to give someone something beautiful to enjoy.

Can I ship an order directly to someone as a gift?

Yes. You can enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. If you’d like to include a personal note, please contact me after placing your order to see what options are available.
